Welcome to Grancast. We aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from www.grancast.in may be returned and refunded.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product has manufacturing defects.

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Returns requested after the specified period may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

Items returned without original packaging or invoice

Customized or special-order products

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@grancast.in with your Order ID and reason for return.

Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue (if the product is damaged or defective).

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, instructions for pickup or return shipping will be provided.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Grancast.

If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for the refund.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product due to size, variant, or defect, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return process must be followed instead.
